About the Role:
Serve as the central coordination point for all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company safety standards.
Lead the development and implementation of project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, safe work procedures, and emergency response measures to establish a secure working environment.
Conduct regular site inspections,



safety audits, and review meetings to monitor HSE performance, identify hazards, track corrective actions, and ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
Promote a proactive safety culture through employee training, toolbox talks, incident investigations, and awareness programs, driving risk reduction and incident prevention throughout the project lifecycle.
General Responsibilities
Ensure implementation and compliance of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and statutory requirements across project sites.
