As a Delivery Lead - Business Apps, you'll design, develop, and maintain critical applications and systems that enable our colleagues and customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions, from cloud-native applications to enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Own the lifecycle of digital/business applications – discovery, delivery, enhancements, releases and BAU support.
Partner with business teams to understand requirements, ask the right questions and translate needs into scalable solutions.
Drive delivery through vendors, Global CoEs and internal technology teams, ensuring quality and timelines.
Manage application performance, incidents, enhancements, SLAs and vendor accountability.
Identify opportunities for process digitization, workflow automation and productivity improvement.
Ensure applications follow Global CIS architecture, cybersecurity and application governance standards.
