This is a high-impact role for an experienced change professional who can help leaders turn strategic and operational change into sustainable adoption, stronger business outcomes, and lasting change capability.
The successful candidate will combine strategic advisory skills, hands-on change delivery, solid communication, and proven senior stakeholder engagement.
As the primary change partner for a dedicated business domain, you will work closely with leaders, HR, communications, agile coaches, and the Strategic Change Team to ensure that:
Change initiatives are prepared, delivered, adopted, and sustained effectively
Central change frameworks, methods, and cultural transformations are embedded locally
The business builds self-sustaining change maturity and capability over time
The role blends strategic partnering, practical delivery, network activation, and capability building.
The Business Change Partner is part of the IHDS Strategic Change Team, reports to the Strategy Lead, and collaborates with other Business Change Partners aligned to functional areas.




In addition to supporting the assigned business area, each Change Partner will contribute to one or more strategic change streams that build organization-wide capability and enable consistent adoption across IHDS.
2. Main Responsibilities
Business-Aligned Change Leadership
Act as the primary change partner to senior leaders in the assigned business area, working in tandem with the dedicated agile coach
Translate business strategy and priorities into targeted change interventions and adoption plans
Align change activity to business outcomes, value realization, and operational impact
Coach and support leaders to own and sponsor change effectively
Change Delivery & Adoption
Monitor the functional change landscape using Strategic Change’s change intelligence framework, including heatmaps, adoption metrics, behaviour change, and business outcomes
Turn insights into focused support, interventions, and adoption actions
