Undertaking audit assignments and conducting audits taking overall audit responsibilities in accordance with the ALS India CT procedures, client specific requirements & auditing standard (e.g., FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000, FSSAI requirements etc).
Ensure to cover all areas for routine audit including client food preparation kitchens, serving areas and supplier base kitchens as per schedule and maintain audit attendance records.

To Audit & verify the compliance(s) of:
The receiving & storage process on daily basis / as and when required as per food safety and client specific requirements on receiving specifications, COA, temperature, humidity, pH requirement etc. Any pre-processing steps (For E.g., sorting processes to identify food safety hazards), preparation (E.g., Washing, sanitization, thawing, cutting etc)
