Role Summary
Analyst, Property Compliance is responsible for ensuring that the leases signed by the tenants of the company is compliant with all the policies of the company. They also cross-verify the data in internal systems like Sales Force
and Yardi against the information contained in the lease and make corrections were necessary.
Education
Should be at-least a B.Com/BBM graduate with 1 -5 years of experience in a similar role.
Relevant Experience
Must have worked with Verification of any Legal/ Banking documents/ Statements.
Should have worked with multiple team members across geographies.
Must have working knowledge of DocuSign or worked on contracts with signatures.
Should have extremely high attention to detail.
Should be able to use basic excel formulas.
Should be able to conceptually explain findings, both orally and in excel shared files & writing(s).
Should be comfortable with Microsoft-based apps - Teams, Word, Excel, etc.
Technical Know-how/Tools used
Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required. Previous




experience with Salesforce or Yardi will be considered added plus.

To attend scheduled trainings and month end production review meetings.
Work on data, report or other requests from the business and submit as per the set deadlines.
Will be working with large legal documents and familiar with Contract language is an added advantage.
