About TANUH
TANUH (Translational AI for Networked Universal Healthcare) is an AI Centre of Excellence under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, hosted at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. TANUH develops and deploys AI-driven diagnostics and decision-support tools for early detection and management of high-burden non-communicable diseases (NCDs) across India.
Role Overview
TANUH is looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment coordination and day-to-day HR operations. The role will have a strong focus on recruitment coordination, while also providing exposure to onboarding, employee records, HR systems, documentation, and other HR initiatives.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, proactive, comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders, and interested in building practical experience across the HR function.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring





Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple open positions.
Support preparation and posting of job descriptions across relevant recruitment platforms.
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, availability, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to schedule interviews and collect feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates on candidate status and next steps.
Support candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with screening and shortlisting profiles based on defined requirements.
Coordinate documentation and information required from selected candidates.
Support preparation and release of offer-related documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain an organised database of candidates and recruitment records.

Onboarding & Employee Support

Support pre-joining and onboarding activities for current employees and interns.
