About US
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead industrial project execution at Assam. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in distillery, brewery, ethanol, food processing, manufacturing, or other industrial projects, with solid expertise in project planning, execution, team handling, vendor coordination, commissioning, and project closure.
The candidate will take complete ownership of project delivery and work closely with management, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
· Lead projects from initial planning and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
· Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and execution strategies.




· Monitor project progress against approved schedules, scope, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
· Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and implement timely corrective actions.
· Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to senior management.
Engineering and Site Coordination
· Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utility, process, and structural activities.
· Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, layouts, BOQs, and project documentation.
· Coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
· Ensure proper sequencing of work and effective coordination between all project disciplines.
· Supervise installation, erection, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and trial-run activities.
