Role Description The Service Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing service operations for Chamunda’s machinery installations.



The role includes planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing service schedules, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The Service Manager will lead and mentor service engineers and technicians, monitor service quality, and implement continuous improvements in processes and documentation. The position involves close collaboration with sales, projects, and production teams to support machine commissioning, qualification, and customer training. The Service Manager will also handle key customer communications, prepare service reports, track performance metrics, and support after-sales service initiatives to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge of industrial or pharmaceutical machinery, with experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated experience in service management, including team leadership, resource planning, workflow coordination
