We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to take complete ownership of project execution across our technology organization — evaluating, planning, assigning, monitoring, and delivering every project on time and to quality standards. This hands-on leader will assign work based on employees' skills, experience, learning capability, workload, and career goals; adapt communication and coaching style to engage Gen Z talent effectively; and stay closely involved through the full project lifecycle, removing roadblocks and reviewing deliverables until successful completion

Requirements

• Project Ownership: Own every project end-to-end — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction — from intake through closure.
• Evaluation & Planning: Assess scope, complexity, priority, and resource needs; build plans and timelines using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
• Skills-Based Assignment: Assign work based on each employee's skills, experience, learning capability, workload,



and career goals — adapting style for Gen Z talent.
• Continuous Collaboration: Stay actively engaged with employees throughout execution — guiding, unblocking, and coordinating cross-functionally until successful delivery.
• Monitoring & Quality: Track progress, review completed work against acceptance criteria, and enforce quality checkpoints.
• Risk & Timeline Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage schedules, and communicate changes transparently.
• Reporting: Deliver clear status reports and executive/client updates; own escalation of critical issues.
• Process & Tooling: Implement PM best practices; use Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Asana, Trello, Notion, Excel, Power BI, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to boost planning and productivity.
