Job Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk hiring for BPO/voice & non-voice processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and walk-ins.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offer, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring targets.
- Conduct walk-in drives and follow up with candidates.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers can apply; BPO recruitment experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
