Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer to join our healthcare team within the Hospitality sector. Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients, with a specialized focus on acute conditions and critical care scenarios.
Manage and stabilize patients presenting with emergencies, utilizing advanced protocols for trauma and life-threatening situations.
Provide round-the-clock monitoring and treatment for patients in the Intensive Care Unit, adjusting care plans based on real-time clinical data.




Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams to coordinate patient discharge, referrals, and ongoing treatment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, leading resuscitation efforts and coordinating immediate interventions.
Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous career development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 2 years of post-graduation work experience in a clinical setting.
Demonstrate proven expertise and hands-on experience working within Emergency Departments.
Show specific competency and prior experience managing patients in Intensive Care Units (ICU).
Hold a valid medical license and relevant certifications required for practice.
