We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage payment gateway operations, with strong expertise in Merchant Onboarding, Reconciliation, Settlement, Chargebacks, and Transaction Operations.




Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Payment Gateway Operations and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Lead the Merchant Onboarding process, including KYC/KYB, document verification, risk checks, and activation.
Coordinate with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Banking/Acquiring partners.
Manage daily transaction reconciliation between payment gateway, acquiring banks, merchants, and internal systems.
Monitor settlements, refunds, reversals, failed transactions, and pending transactions.
