The Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Python Developer to join our backend engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data-driven applications, building scalable backend systems, and has a keen interest in machine learning and modern cloud infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Python-based applications using modern tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop backend components using Python and web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Implement data manipulation and analysis features using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.




Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to support ML/NLP models and data pipelines.
Integrate applications with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong focus on unit testing and debugging.
Manage source control using tools such as Git and Stash.
Contribute to design discussions, technical documentation, and sprint planning activities.
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong knowledge of Python programming and OOP principles.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and REST API integration.
Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness to learn and explore recent tools in the ML and cloud space.
