Rebound Medical is seeking a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family medicine clinic in Lethbridge. Working alongside a collaborative team of family physicians, medical office assistants, and allied healthcare professionals, you will play an important role in supporting high-quality primary care for patients across Southern Alberta.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships with patients, working independently, and contributing to a positive clinic culture.

Position Details

Part-time opportunity

Monday to Friday

No evenings, weekends, or statutory holidays

Responsibilities

Perform injections, ear irrigation and medication administration within scope of practice
Assist physicians with minor procedures and examinations
Conduct ECGs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection as required
Complete wound care, dressing changes, and follow-up nursing assessments




Provide patient education regarding treatments, medications, and preventative health initiatives
Manage recalls, referrals, and chronic disease follow-up programs
Maintain accurate documentation within the Med Access EMR system
Adhere to infection prevention, privacy, and clinic policies
Support and assist MOAs with daily patient care

Qualifications

Current registration and valuable standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
Current CPR certification
Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, community health, or outpatient settings considered an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
