Veris is a workplace management and security platform used at 3,000+ sites across 22 countries. Our clients include companies like Deloitte, Barclays, EY, Bosch, and Adani. Our software manages how visitors and employees check in and move through office campuses.

The Role
You will work with our clients at their office sites in your city. Your job is to set up recent clients on Veris, train their staff to use it, handle their day-to-day queries and issues, and keep the accounts running smoothly over time. Most of your work happens at client locations, not at a desk.

What You Will Do
Set up Veris at new client sites: configuration, coordinating device installation, and go-live
Train client staff (front desk, security, admin teams) on how to use the platform




Handle support queries and issues from your sites and follow up until they are closed
Escalate bigger issues to the right internal teams and keep the client updated
Check in with your accounts regularly to make sure they are using the product properly and are happy with it
Keep track of upcoming renewals for your accounts and flag anything that needs attention
Share client feedback and requests with your manager
Update site records, tickets, and account notes in our CRM
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your daily work: writing client emails, preparing training material, summarizing issues, and saving your own time

Who You Are
A fresher or early-career professional who is genuinely AI-native. You already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to work faster and smarter, and can show us how
Comfortable being on the move: client sites, commutes, occasional travel within your city and region
Strong spoken and written English, plus fluency in
