Build and maintain automation suites for API and UI testing, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for commit and deploy validation. Lead test design for distributed, event-driven systems, including resilience and load/performance testing. Define and track quality metrics such as automation coverage, test stability, defect leakage, and release readiness. Mentor junior QA engineers through test code reviews and technical guidance to raise the bar on test engineering practices.
