Curriculum Implementation: Smoothly implement progressive pedagogical practices, NEP 2020 guidelines, and NCF frameworks in the teaching-learning process. Student-Centric Approach:



Ensure academic excellence by developing innovative, student-centric pedagogies that promote deep reading, effective listening, and creative writing skills. Technology Integration: Align self with the existing progressive pedagogical tools, smart-boards, and Google platforms. Classroom Management: Manage workload and time effectively without compromising teaching-learning quality and productivity. Create visually appealing board decorations and engaging sessions. Expected Competencies Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable diction and fluency in Hindi.
