Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and produce visually compelling designs, create branding materials, design logos, and execute typography-focused projects. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the designer will ensure consistency in visual communication across all platforms and assist in establishing and refining the company's design standards and guidelines and a strong background in Real Estate and Marketing Agency projects. Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for real estate, marketing campaigns. Design brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, emailers,



presentations, and branding materials. Create visual content for digital marketing campaigns and website promotions. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and project teams for campaign requirements. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Handle photo editing, image retouching, motion graphics, video editing and creative visualization. Work on project launches, advertisements, and promotional events. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively. Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design & Video editing tools and principles Experience in creating Logo Design and Branding materials Strong skills in Typography and working with design aesthetics Detail-oriented with excellent creativity and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field Experience from Real-estate background and marketing Agency will be an add on.
