We are looking for an experienced Zoho One Implementation Consultant to set up and optimize our Zoho ecosystem from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand our business processes and recommend the right Zoho One applications for our current and future requirements.
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, customers, pipelines, workflows, automation, roles and permissions.
- Set up and integrate relevant Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, Inventory, Forms, Bookings, Mail, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics and Flow, based on business requirements.
- Configure multiple users, email accounts, roles, access levels and permissions.
- Build practical workflows and automations to reduce manual work and improve customer management.
- Set up dashboards, reports and basic business analytics.
- Assist with integrations between Zoho applications and relevant third-party tools where required.
- Provide guidance on data structure, migration and future scalability.
- Train the internal team of 2 and provide clear documentation for the configured system.




- Provide initial post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Zoho One for small or growing businesses.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho automation/workflows.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Inventory, Forms, Bookings, Mail, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics and Flow.
- Experience with user management, integrations and business process automation.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical Zoho solutions.
- Experience with Deluge scripting/API integrations would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical users.
