Role Description The Working Partner for the Import/Export division will lead and manage end-to-end import and export activities on a profit-sharing basis. This contract role involves identifying international suppliers and buyers, negotiating terms, coordinating logistics and documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant trade regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, building and maintaining business relationships, overseeing pricing and margins, and monitoring shipment schedules and quality standards.

The position is hybrid, based in Nagpur, with some work-from-home flexibility for tasks such as online meetings, documentation, and research.

Qualifications





- Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance, including customs, duties, and international trade norms.
- Experience in business development, vendor management, and client relationship management within trading, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze demand and pricing trends, and develop strategies for new international markets.
- Financial acumen to manage profit-sharing arrangements, costing, margins, and basic budgeting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with domestic and international stakeholders.
- Proficiency with standard office and communication tools (email, spreadsheets, online meeting platforms) and basic documentation software.
- Prior exposure to healthcare products, furnishings, or chemical trading is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field is preferred; substantial practical experience may substitute formal education.
- Self-driven, comfortable working with entrepreneurial responsibilities, and able to operate in a hybrid work setup based in Nagpur.
