As a Workday Technical- Associate 2, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and implement Workday technology solutions that enhance their business processes. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Workforce Technology - Workday HCM practice. You will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. By participating in project tasks and engaging in research, you will build your acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagements by contributing to Workday technology projects
- Assisting in the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization initiatives within Workday environments
- Collaborating with teams to integrate Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Studio
- Participating in strategic technology planning and business transformation efforts
- Utilizing Workday Extend for enhancing client-specific applications
- Developing skills in Workday reporting and analytics to deliver actionable insights
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions for client challenges
- Contributing to the development of automation processes within Workday systems
- Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Prism Analytics
- Utilizing Workday Studio for seamless integration solutions
- Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation
- Participating in process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Excelling in active listening and communication within team environments
