Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 3 months of experience in Recruitment / Candidate Calling.
- Internship or full-time job experience - both are considered.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi with basic conversational English.
- Confident and comfortable with extensive calling and candidate interaction.
- Good interpersonal, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working with daily calling and hiring targets.
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection are mandatory.

Role Overview As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, follow-ups, selection and joining closure across multiple hiring requirements.

A. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp groups, references and other relevant channels.
- Understand Job Descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Screen candidates based on experience, eligibility and role requirements.
- Assess candidates' communication skills and overall suitability.




- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.

B. Candidate Calling & Engagement

- Connect with shortlisted candidates through outbound calls.
- Explain the job profile, salary, location, shifts, eligibility and selection process.
- Understand candidate expectations and career requirements.
- Handle basic queries and objections professionally.
- Generate candidate interest and drive them towards interviews.

C. Interview Coordination & Closure

- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-ups before interviews.
- Ensure solid interview show-up rates.
- Track candidate progress through different interview stages.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Focus on improving selection-to-joining conversion.

D. Candidate Management

- Build qualified relationships with candidates.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely interview and selection updates.
- Handle candidate dropouts and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates.

E. MIS & Performance Reporting

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Track calls, screenings, lineups, interviews, selections and joinings.
- Share daily performance updates with the Team Lead.
- Work towards assigned recruitment targets and KPIs.
