Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse role based in Noida. The position involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching automotive parts and related materials in line with company procedures and customer requirements.
Responsibilities include accurate inventory handling, order picking and packing, labeling, and documentation to support inbound and outbound logistics activities. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe,
and organized warehouse environment, following safety standards and ISO-aligned practices. The warehouse team member collaborates with supervisors, drivers, and logistics coordinators to ensure timely deliveries, optimal space utilization, and efficient material flow.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading/unloading, and inventory handling.
- Knowledge of basic inventory control processes, including stock counting, recordkeeping, and use of warehouse documentation.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or basic computer skills for data entry and tracking shipments and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, drivers, and logistics staff.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices; prior experience in an ISO-certified or automotive logistics environment is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
