About HSIMHSIM (Hindustan School of Internet Marketing) is a practical digital marketing institute focused on helping students build real-world skills and careers in digital marketing.

As we expand to Chandigarh, we're looking for a Senior Career Counsellor who can take ownership of the student admission funnel and help build a high-performing counselling team.

What You'll Do

- Own and manage the complete journey: Lead → Counselling → Visit → Admission
- Handle and convert incoming student enquiries
- Conduct career counselling with students and parents
- Convert qualified leads into campus visits
- Conduct campus counselling and close admissions
- Follow up systematically with undecided prospects
- Handle objections around career, course, fees and competition
- Track and improve lead-to-admission conversion
- Review lost opportunities and identify conversion gaps
- Help train and guide the Junior Career Counsellor
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and admission data

Target FunnelThe initial Chandigarh team target is:

400–450 leads → 60+ counselling visits → 15+ paid admissions/month





You will be expected to personally contribute strongly to this target while helping the overall counselling function improve.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in sales, career counselling, education counselling or a similar role
- Proven ability to convert leads into admissions/sales
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents
- Numbers-driven and target-oriented
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ownership mindset
- Ability to coach and guide junior team members
