Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Loan Lead Generation team member, primarily based in Ludhiana with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers for loan products through calls, messages, and digital outreach, and maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the company’s systems. The team member will provide clear information about loan options, eligibility, and documentation requirements, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for processing.

Daily tasks also include following up with interested prospects,



meeting lead generation targets, and sharing customer feedback to improve services. The role requires consistent, professional communication and a strong focus on customer experience and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to engage prospects effectively and build trust.
- Candidates should possess basic sales, negotiation, and lead qualification skills to generate and convert quality loan inquiries.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and support long-term client engagement.
- Candidates should possess comfort with phone-based outreach, messaging apps, and digital tools/CRM systems to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of loan products and general financial concepts; prior experience in lending, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Relevant qualifications such as a higher secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field are preferred; training in finance, business, or marketing is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Ludhiana, meet daily and monthly targets, follow compliance guidelines, and maintain a professional, inclusive work ethic.
