Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive, based in Chennai. The E-commerce Executive will oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, manage online sales, ensure timely order fulfillment. The role will also involve analyzing sales data,



optimizing online listings and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and optimize online performance
- Experience in Account Management
- Proven expertise in Team Management and Sales Management to coordinate team efforts effectively
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and understanding of online retail trends
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the furniture or home décor industry is a plus
