We are seeking a talented Web Developer & Designer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving our web-based applications and websites to meet both functional and aesthetic goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and ensure a seamless user experience. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong command of web technologies are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and interfaces.

- Develop responsive, functional websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to integrate visual designs into functional websites.

- Ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.

- Conduct regular website testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.

- Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility.

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

- Robust coding knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js, with the ability to write clean, responsive, maintainable, and performance-optimized code.

- AI-enabled development skills – Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT effectively, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other AI-assisted development tools for coding, troubleshooting, optimization, and improving development productivity.

- Implement SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, meta tags, URLs,



redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, and page performance.

- Work effectively in marketing aspects to support digital campaigns, landing pages, lead generation, CTAs, tracking, and conversion optimization.

- Manage and implement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other marketing/analytics integrations.

- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and overall performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, broken links, forms, integrations, browser compatibility, and other technical issues.

- Integrate the website with marketing automation platforms, APIs, forms, and other third-party systems where required.

- Ensure website security, backups, version control, and best development practices are followed.

- Analyze website performance and SEO data and recommend improvements to support traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

- Prepare basic technical documentation and maintain records of website changes and integrations.

- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and proactively identify and resolve technical issues.

- Maintain, manage, and continuously enhance the existing company website, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, performance, and user experience.

- Develop and update website pages, landing pages, forms, banners, content, and other website components based on business and marketing requirements.
