About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and talented Web Developer with hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js, along with strong expertise in AI-assisted (Vibe) Coding. The ideal candidate should be capable of building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications while leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications with a strong focus on user experience.
- Convert Figma or UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and production-ready code following industry best practices.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing applications.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Effectively utilize AI-assisted (Vibe)



Coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining engineering quality.

Required Skills

- 2 years of professional experience in web development.
- Robust hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive web development, and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted (Vibe) Coding using tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar AI coding assistants to improve development speed, code quality, and overall productivity while maintaining clean, scalable, and production-ready code.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clean, productive, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js.
- Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or similar.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
