Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to work closely with the Founder/Director and manage their overall personal and family wealth portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing investments for Founders, Directors, HNIs or Family Offices, with strong exposure to portfolio management, investment planning and wealth preservation. This is an execution-focused role and requires someone who can independently manage, track and optimise a diversified portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the Founder/Director's overall investment and wealth portfolio.
- Handle investments across equities, mutual funds, fixed income, bonds, structured products, PMS/AIFs and other investment opportunities.
- Regularly review portfolio performance, asset allocation, risk and returns.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
- Maintain a consolidated view of investments, liquidity, cash flows, maturities and financial commitments.
- Coordinate with banks, private bankers, brokers, fund managers, CAs, tax advisors and other financial institutions.




- Support domestic and international investment planning, including understanding of FEMA/RBI requirements where applicable.
- Assist with tax-efficient investment structuring and wealth preservation in coordination with professional advisors.
- Track financial markets and proactively flag risks, opportunities and portfolio actions.
- Prepare concise monthly/quarterly portfolio and wealth reports for the Founder.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive financial information.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management / Portfolio Management / Private Banking / Family Office.
- Prior experience directly handling portfolios for Founders, Directors, Promoters, HNIs or UHNI families is strongly preferred.
- Must have hands-on portfolio management experience, not only relationship management or product sales.
- Strong understanding of Indian capital markets, investment products, asset allocation and risk management.
- Exposure to global investments, foreign currency assets, international banking or cross-border wealth management will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of taxation, FEMA/RBI regulations and investment compliance.
- Strong analytical ability with excellent Excel/reporting skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and ownership.
- Ability to work independently and directly with the Founder/Director with minimal supervision.
