Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of goods to customers

- Oversee inward stock receipt, verify quantities against purchase orders/invoices, and ensure proper storage and placement

- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement in the inventory system

- Coordinate with transport, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records

- Ensure proper documentation (challans, invoices, GRNs) for all inward and outward material movement

- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse at all times

- Monitor stock levels, flag shortages or excess stock, and report to management

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
