We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient, accurate and timely fulfilment.

The Role

As the Warehouse Manager, you will manage the complete warehouse function, including inbound and outbound operations, inventory, order fulfilment, team management and coordination with logistics partners.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong e-commerce/D2C warehouse experience who can manage people, processes and systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and RTO
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch
- Manage warehouse manpower, shifts and daily productivity
- Monitor warehouse capacity and space utilisation
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and safety standards

Inventory Management
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy between physical stock and system stock
- Monitor stock movements, inventory ageing and discrepancies
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Track dead/slow-moving inventory and coordinate corrective action
- Ensure proper SKU-level storage and tracking

E-commerce Operations
- Manage fulfilment for the D2C website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra




- Monitor daily order processing and dispatch TAT
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory and fulfilment issues
- Track cancellations, RTOs and order-related operational issues

Logistics & 3PL Coordination
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners
- Ensure timely pickups and dispatches
- Resolve shipment delays and exceptions
- Monitor logistics performance and escalate recurring issues

Team Management
- Manage warehouse executives, supervisors and other operational staff
- Set daily targets and monitor team productivity
- Train employees on warehouse SOPs and processes
- Maintain discipline and operational efficiency

Systems & Process Improvement
- Work on WMS/OMS platforms such as Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Vinculum or similar
- Ensure accurate system inventory and order processing
- Identify operational bottlenecks and improve processes
- Maintain and improve warehouse SOPs
- Track operational metrics and prepare regular reports

What we're looking for

- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce or supply chain operations
- Strong experience in D2C, e-commerce or marketplace warehouse operations
- Experience handling high-volume order fulfilment
- Experience managing warehouse teams and daily operations
- Solid understanding of inventory management, inbound, outbound, dispatch and RTO
- Experience with Unicommerce/Uniware, EasyEcom, Vinculum or similar WMS/OMS
- Experience coordinating with courier/3PL partners
- Strong execution, problem-solving and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Compensation - Fixed Salary + Variable Pay + ESOPs. The exact compensation will be based on experience, skills, and fit for the role.
