Role Description This is a full-time remote Warehouse Officer role.

The Warehouse

Officer is responsible for coordinating daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring orders are packed accurately, and monitoring inventory records. The role includes organizing incoming and outgoing goods, preparing documentation, and communicating with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delays or discrepancies.

Officer will use digital tools to track stock levels, schedule unloading and loading tasks, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication,



and consistent follow-up to keep warehouse operations running smoothly from a remote location.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing goods and associated documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient preparation of orders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Unloading to coordinate and oversee the safe handling of deliveries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use to support material handling and warehouse flow.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and record keeping.
- Ability to use warehouse management or inventory software and standard office applications.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with on-site teams while working remotely.
- Commitment to safety protocols and basic knowledge of warehouse health and safety practices.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain roles is preferred.
