Role Description The Warehouse Manager role at Intelloworks is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The person in this role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include managing stock levels, organizing storage areas, implementing safety and housekeeping standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The Warehouse

Manager will supervise and train warehouse staff, coordinate with procurement and logistics teams, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot operational issues to improve efficiency.



This role also involves using warehouse management tools, preparing regular reports, and supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong stock control and inventory control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- Experience in inventory management and operations management to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities effectively.
- Knowledge of forklift operation and other material-handling equipment, with a focus on safe and compliant use.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a warehouse team, with solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), basic data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management; a degree or diploma in supply chain, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Capacity to work on-site in Jaipur and manage physical aspects of warehouse operations.
