Job Role - Servicenow Developer

Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and catalogs.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM solutions.
- Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Knowledge Management, and CMDB solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and Integration Hub.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
