Key requirements:
- Experience: 1-6 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, employee services, or case management environments.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HR systems, case management platforms such as ServiceNow, and reporting tools including Excel.
- Functional Knowledge: Understanding of employee lifecycle transactions, HR service delivery, case handling, and process controls.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support employees and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Works effectively with other HR teams to ensure dependent actions are completed smoothly.
- Service Quality Orientation: Maintains a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and SLA adherence in every case handled. Continuous Learning: Builds knowledge of HR policies, systems, and service practices to improve performance over time
