Fixed-Term Hiring International Chat Process

We are hiring for an International Chat Process on a 3-4 month fixed-term contract. The role involves assisting international customers through chat, understanding their concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing appropriate resolutions.

Walk-In Interview Details

- Interview Dates: 24 August 2026 to 26 August 2026
- Interview Time: 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM
- Date of Joining: 20 September 2026
- Contract Duration: 3-4 months

Job Requirements

- Provide customer support and resolve queries through chat and electronic communication.
- Positive written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.
- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs; no fixed Saturday/Sunday off.

Eligibility

- Qualification: PUC / Intermediate / 10+3 Diploma / Graduation
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Regular college students/pursuing regular studies are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.

Salary & Perks

- Take-home Salary: 15,000/month after deductions
- Retention Bonus: 5,000/month, payable after successful completion/closure of the contract




- Monthly payslips will be provided.
- Experience letter will be provided after contract completion.
- Free 2-way transportation: Home Pickup & Drop
- STW Allowance: 3,300 for eligible male employees
- Date of Joining and Last Working Date will be mentioned in the offer letter.

WFH / WFO

- Multiple requirements available: WFO and Hybrid (WFH + WFO).
- Work mode depends on the business requirement.
- For WFH, the required equipment will be provided, and candidates should have a suitable space at home to work without disturbance.
- Candidates must be within the 23 km hiring radius and flexible to visit the office when required.
