nnThe role - An individual-contributor role in the Founder's Office, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll own the capital-raising engine end-to-end �� acting as the bridge between the founder's vision and the financial markets, securing both debt and equity to drive long-term growth and liquidity.
nn WHAT YOU'LL

n
- OWN Fundraising execut ion: Lead end-to-end capital raises across term loans, NCDs, securitisation, direct assignments,
and equity — sourcing, structuring, and closing deals across instrume nts.
n
- Lender & investor relationsh ips: Be the primary point of contact for banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies, PE funds, and institutional invest ors.
n
- Transaction & due dilige nce: Own the preparation and vetting of pitch decks, term sheets, sanction letters, and loan agreements, and run diligence clea nly.
n
- Strategic advis ory: Advise the Founder/MD on capital allocation, corporate structuring, and liquidity planning to strengthen the balance sh eet.

- Investor relati ons: Build compelling investor narratives and maintain transparent, well-governed reporting for existing and prospective stakehold ers.

- Compliance & r isk: Ensure all fundraising activity adheres to RBI guidelines and internal risk polic ies.

n WHO WE'RE LOOKIN G FOR

- 5–7 years in NBFC/financial-services fundraising, investment banking, or corporate treasury. Financial-services experience is essential.
n
- A proven network across banks, financial institutions, and investors.
n
- Deep understanding of financial statement analysis, pricing and interest concepts, and debt instruments.
n
- Advanced Excel for financial modelling and tracking borrowing limits and maturities.
n
- Strong negotiation and board-level communication — verbal and written.
n
- Comfortable operating hands-on as an individual contributor, based in the office in Gurugram.
