- Machine Setup: Position workpieces and fixtures correctly, load raw materials, and select the appropriate cutting tools.
- Programming & Offsets: Input or edit basic G-code and M-code, and set accurate work and tool offsets.
- Operation & Monitoring: Run production cycles while adjusting feed and rapid rates for optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine machine lubrication, clear metal shavings, troubleshoot minor errors, and follow safety rules. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
