Dishant Engineering is looking for a hands-on CNC/VMC Shop Supervisor who can take complete ownership of shop-floor operations, productivity, quality & new product development.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced professional with solid VMC and CNC programming & Siemens/Fanuc control knowledge who can independently handle machine setting, programming, prove-out, production planning and team management.

? Key Skills:

✅ VMC Programming – Siemens Control

✅ CNC Programming

✅ New Product Development (NPD) & Process Development

✅ Complete shop-floor & plant operations management

✅ Daily production planning & manpower allocation

✅ CNC/VMC setting, prove-out & cycle optimization

✅ Improve productivity, machine utilization & OEE

✅ Drive quality improvement & rejection reduction

✅ Tooling, fixture & machining-process coordination

✅ ISO documentation, audits & compliance





✅ Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & Management

✅ Maintain shop-floor discipline, safety & 5S
