Junior Visual Designer

We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer with strong visual design fundamentals and a keen interest in creating engaging digital content. The role involves designing static and motion-led creatives, with a special focus on Reels and short-form videos for social platforms

On any given day you might,

- Design static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and internal communication
- Create, edit, and optimize Reels and short-form videos for social platforms
- Adapt creatives across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Execute concepts basis briefs and refine them based on feedback
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, reel formats, transitions, and platform best practices

The ideal person,

- Has 2–3 years of experience in visual design (agency experience preferred)
- Possesses strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Has working knowledge of video editing / reel creation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
- Understands social-first content and how audiences consume short-form video
- Is detail-oriented, proactive, and open to learning
- Communicates well and collaborates effectively in a fast-paced agency workplace
