Bangalore School of Design & Technology (BSDT) is looking for a Visual Communication / Graphic Design Faculty to join our academic team.

If you’re a designer who enjoys teaching, mentoring, experimenting with visual language, and helping students turn ideas into solid visual outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Teach and mentor students in Visual Communication and Graphic Design
- Introduce students to graphic design principles, typography, composition, colour, branding and visual storytelling
- Guide students through design projects, explorations and portfolio development
- Encourage experimentation, critical thinking and a strong design process
- Support students in developing both conceptual and technical design skills
- Contribute to a collaborative, studio-based learning environment

Who we’re looking for

- 0–2 years of experience preferred
- A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,



Communication Design or a related field
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals and visual communication
- Proficiency in relevant design software and digital tools
- A good portfolio demonstrating your design practice
- Most importantly, an interest in teaching, mentoring and working with young designers
