We are looking for a Visa Executive – Australia responsible for preparing, managing and submitting visa applications through the relevant Australian visa portals under company procedures and supervision.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize Australia visa application files.
- Complete and submit visa applications through Australian online portals.
- Collect and verify applicant documents.
- Ensure forms and information are accurate and complete.
- Maintain proper file documentation and records.
- Track application status and update internal records.
- Coordinate with applicants for missing documents and information.
- Follow up on application requirements and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing supporting documents and application checklists.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant information.
- Coordinate with senior visa consultants regarding complex cases.
- Stay updated with Australian visa application procedures and portal requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in Australia visa filing will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Australian visa portals and documentation.
- Good computer and MS Office/Excel skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple visa files and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant visa-processing knowledge may also apply.
Location: Mohali, Punjab Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
