Role- Video Editor/Producer

Work Mode- Hybrid

Experience- 1-5 years

Key responsibilities:

- Edit short-form Videos/Reels, YouTube shorts, and other social-first video content
- Support video production, including shoot planning, coordination and execution
- Work closely with the content and social media teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Handle basic shooting and production requirements when required
- Add graphics, transitions, captions, music and other elements to videos
- Create basic social media creatives, thumbnails, banners and other graphic assets
- Repurpose existing/long-form content into engaging short-form formats
- Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining quality and brand consistency

Ideal skills:





- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-first video formats
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition and current content trends
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Basic production and shooting knowledge
- Ability to independently take a project from brief to final output
- Prior experience in a digital media/content workplace would be preferred
