At Unacademy, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content that educates, inspires, and captivates millions of learners.

? Role: Video Editor

? Work Mode: On-site

What You'll Do

1. Edit long-form and short-form educational videos for multiple digital platforms
2. Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, and marketing creatives
3. Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound effects, and visual enhancements
4. Collaborate with educators, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
5. Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and platform best practices
6. Optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels
7. Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

Who We're Looking For

1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
2. Robust understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual composition
3. Experience editing content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and social media platforms
4. Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual aesthetics
5.



Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment
6. Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Bonus Points If You

1. Have prior experience working in EdTech, Media, Creator Economy, or Digital Content companies
2. Have experience editing educational content or creator-led videos
3. Understand YouTube retention, audience engagement, and content optimization
4. Can create motion graphics and animations using After Effects
