Remuneration: ₹25,000-₹30,000 / month + Full Travel Reimbursement

About the RoleWe are looking for two creative, self-driven Video Creators & Editors to handle end-to-end short-form video production (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels).

- Role 1 (Ahmedabad): Will manage end-to-end video shoots, editing, and posting for our local healthcare brand presence.
- Role 2 (Bangalore / Mysore): Will be based in Bangalore or Mysore and travel between both locations for planned video shoots.
- You will handle everything from camera operation and directing doctors to video editing, dynamic subtitling, and publishing final content directly to our social media handles.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Execution: Plan, shoot, edit, and post high-retention short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) independently.
- On-Site Directing: Guide medical experts on camera to keep explanations natural, clear, and engaging.
- Video Editing & Subtitling:



Edit vertical videos with dynamic subtitles (English & Kannada/Gujarati), clean cuts, sound design, and visual overlays.
- Social Publishing: Upload videos directly with optimized captions, local hashtags, geotags, and clear Call-To-Actions (CTAs).
- Batch Shoot Management: Organize efficient shoot schedules across clinic locations to maximize monthly video output.

Requirements

- Languages:
- For Bangalore/Mysore Role: Fluent in Kannada & English (spoken and subtitling).
- For Ahmedabad Role: Fluent in Gujarati & English (or Hindi).
- Editing Skills: Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut desktop with a deep understanding of reel hooks, dynamic captions, and current video trends.
- Portfolio: Proven experience creating short-form vertical videos (specifically featuring spoken-person or brand content).

Compensation & Benefits? Fixed Salary: ₹25,000-₹30,000 ? Travel Reimbursement: All intercity and local travel required for clinic shoots will be reimbursed separately upon actual bill submissions.
