Job Title: Video Editor (Wedding Films, Reels & Podcast)

About the Role

We’re looking for a video editor to work across two content lines: wedding films/reels for Inframes by Tushar Sareen, and short-form + long-form content for our podcast, 1-2-1 with Tushar Sareen. You’ll turn raw footage into polished, story-driven edits — from cinematic wedding highlight reels to punchy vertical clips.

What You’ll Do

- Edit wedding highlight films and reels from raw multi-camera footage
- Cut long-form podcast episodes into a clean final edit, plus 4-6 vertical clips per episode
- Apply color grading/correction for consistent, cinematic look across projects
- Add captions, sound design, and light motion graphics where needed
- Turn around a full wedding edit or podcast episode within an agreed timeline (state your expected turnaround, e.g. “5-7 days”)

Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, VN,



or Final Cut Pro (please specify which)
- Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and storytelling — not just technical cutting
- Experience with multi-camera editing (auto-sync or manual)
- Comfortable with color grading for warm, cinematic wedding aesthetics
- Captioning/subtitling for reels and shorts

Nice-to-Have
- Experience with AI-assisted editing tools (Descript, Opus Clip, Submagic, or similar)
- Comfortable editing Hindi/Hinglish audio content
- Own systems for review/collaboration (or willingness to use ours)
