Key Responsibilities

- Edit documentaries, CSR films, podcasts, reels, and digital content from raw footage to final delivery.
- Work with interviews, observational footage, B-roll, archival material, music, sound effects, and graphics.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to understand creative intent and incorporate feedback.
- Create platform-specific edits for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Organise and manage project files, footage, sequences, and final exports efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong storytelling sense and an eye for detail.
- Valuable understanding of editing rhythm, pacing, music, and sound design.
- Ability to find stories within large amounts of raw footage.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve equivalent editing software.
- Basic understanding of colour correction, sound mixing and visual effects.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a creative team.
- 1–3 years of relevant editing experience is preferred; strong portfolios can compensate for experience.
