Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Anand, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time.

The Video

Editor & Graphic Designer will create, edit, and optimize video content for various digital platforms, including promotional campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, performing video editing and color grading, adding sound and visual effects, and integrating motion graphics to enhance engagement.



The role also involves designing graphics and visual assets such as thumbnails, banners, social posts, and marketing creatives that align with brand guidelines.

The individual will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements, maintain consistent visual branding, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality assets within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional visual quality.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics for intros, transitions, explainer videos, and advertisements.
- Ability to design effective Graphics for social media, web, and marketing materials.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of digital content formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific best practices.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Film, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
