Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team in the Education Sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and be able to create engaging, professional, and platform-friendly videos for educational content, social media, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing, educational content, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and event highlights.
- Handle video editing from raw footage to final output, including cutting, transitions, effects, colour correction, audio editing, and subtitles.
- Create visually appealing content aligned with the institution's brand and communication guidelines.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, captions, transitions, and visual effects wherever required.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Academic teams to understand content requirements.
- Edit videos featuring students, teachers, campus activities, events, achievements, and educational initiatives.




- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Organize and maintain video files, raw footage, project files, and final deliverables.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and content styles.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, colour grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, composition, and timing.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valuable attention to detail and willingness to take creative ownership.

Experience & Qualification

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the Education Sector, School, College, EdTech, or Education Marketing will be preferred.
- Graduation/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Making, Graphic Design, or a related field will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
