Role Description:

This is a full-time, in office Video Editor cum Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram. The role involves planning, producing and editing video content for marketing campaigns, property showcases, social media and internal communication. The team member will handle video color grading, sound syncing and basic post-production workflows to ensure high-quality visual output.

Day-to-day tasks include creating motion graphics, designing static and digital graphics, adapting content for multiple platforms and maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials. The role also includes collaborating with marketing, sales and leadership teams to develop creative concepts,



meet project timelines and optimize visual content for engagement.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for marketing and promotional content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain brand-specific aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to create engaging animations, transitions and visual effects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics design for social media posts, presentations, banners and other marketing collateral.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in real estate, advertising, media or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail and an understanding of digital and social media formats are expected.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
